2024 Magpie Renaissance Faire is our main fundraising event.
This colorful gathering is our premiere annual fundraising event for the Magpie Foundation.
Join us for a whirlwind weekend full of historically-inspired merriment with local entertainers, merchants, and food vendors. Unlike other renaissance festivals, we do not have corporate sponsors, and our ticket sales go to help veterans. If you are like us and lean on the fantasy side, taking inspiration from the infamous Lord of the Rings trilogy, the Witcher, Wizards of the Coast’s Dungeons & Dragons, and other similar genres, you will certainly feel at home at our faire. Bring your costume and join us with your dragon, elf, unicorn, knight, pirate, or viking pillage group. All are Welcome at the Faire!
Our 2nd Annual festivities will be Saturday and Sunday, September 14-15, 2024 from 10am to sunset at the Gallatin River Overlook picnic area of Missouri Headwaters State Park, located just north of Three Forks on the Logan-Trident Road, in Gallatin County, Montana.
Come be merry, enjoy a turkey leg, drink some mead, and support our foundation!

The First Annual Magpie Renaissance Faire (see unicorn flyer) took place on Saturday and Sunday, September 30 and October 1, 2023 at the same venue, the beautiful Gallatin River Overlook picnic area at the Missouri Headwaters State Park. This colorful gathering was the premiere fundraiser where everything began. Those lucky enough to attend were able to find and take a picture of the Throne of Destiny, watch the Sunz of Odin fight, and partake in the delights provided by food and merchandise vendors.
